The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority announced that HilCap Asset Management Trust reg., now HilCap Trust reg., had its asset management company licence expire on 2 July 2025. This follows the firm's written waiver of the licence granted in October 2006, rendering it unauthorized to provide or broker services under Article 3 of the VVG.
