The Montenegro Capital Market Authority published an interview with primary school professor Olivija Drinčić in its “From Another Angle” series, focusing on the authority’s “Kapital” financial education workshops that teach children basic finance and capital market concepts through interactive activities and a board game-based competition. The workshops are being organised for the third time in 2025 and sit within Montenegro’s 2023–2027 Programme for the Development of Financial Education. The interview highlights practical learning elements such as simulated buying and selling of shares, paying taxes, budgeting and recognising market risk, alongside an emphasis on teamwork and strategic decision-making. Drinčić reported strong student engagement and noted that her pupils’ first-place finish in the previous “Kapital” competition led to a visit to the Montenegro Stock Exchange and the start of cooperation with the exchange, while also proposing additional workshops, quizzes and study visits to financial institutions as potential extensions.
