The National Bank of Serbia published a reminder that the first instalment of personal property tax for 2026 falls due on 14 February and that this liability can be settled at the Treasury Administration counters of the Ministry of Finance only using the Dina card. At the same counters, the Dina card can also be used to pay personal income tax, motor vehicle sales tax, personal income tax on income from agriculture and forestry, and mandatory social insurance contributions for farmers. The card can additionally be used, with low commissions, to settle other public-revenue liabilities and payments to users of public funds, including for entities with Treasury sub-accounts and those holding accounts with commercial banks, with examples including electricity bills, bills of PUC Infostan Technologies, PUC Informatika Novi Sad and Telekom a.d.
