The session was aimed at sharing specialised knowledge, aligning regulatory practices and strengthening institutional cooperation between the two bodies. The workshop, delivered to the Competition Regulatory Authority’s technical areas, included opening remarks by Board Member Dr Nelson Lembe and three presentations covering capital markets fundamentals, principles of regulation and the capital markets regulatory framework, followed by a question-and-answer session.
