Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market registers new securities issues, cancels Lviv City Council local bonds and approves procedures on dubious projects and sanctioned participants

The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market approved a package of decisions covering securities issuance registrations, the cancellation of certain municipal bond registrations, and new measures aimed at investor information and the treatment of client assets linked to sanctioned market participants. It also approved amendments to an earlier Commission decision. The Commission registered the share issue for joint investment and the prospectus for the share issue of JSC "ZNVCIF "MONTECO"". It registered reports on the results of the issue of series I corporate bonds of TAS-LOGISTIC LLC, and on the results of share issues by JSC "PROCREDIT BANK" and PrJSC "Insurance Company "Euroins Ukraine"". It cancelled the registration of internal local loan bond issues of the Lviv City Council (series L and K), adopted a resolution to ensure investors are informed about dubious investment projects, and approved a procedure for forming a list of assets of clients of a sanctioned professional participant for submission for adjustment and registration.
