The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring nine individuals named in an attached list to pay the issuance fee for securities practising certificates in order to complete the certification process, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office’s designated accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or directly at the State Securities Commission. Payment details should specify the certificate holder’s name, identification number and certificate type. The notice also states that if the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year of the fee notification, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring nine individuals to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for securities practising certificates, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
