Support will be available through a customer service line operating Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays from 08:00 to 12:00, alongside an emergency coordination line available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When contacting these channels, workers or family members must provide the worker’s full name, CUIL, the employer’s business name and CUIT, the accident date and claim number (as registered in Galeno ART), and the details of the claim including the date of last treatment and the treating provider. Dedicated email inboxes have also been set up to receive documentation, including clinical history and authorisation materials.
