The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Delfi Corporate Services Ltd waived its authorisation to provide administrative services, resulting in the lapse of its CySEC authorisation and the cessation of its administrative services business. The waiver took effect on 12 November 2024 under section 16(1) of the Law Regulating Companies Providing Administrative Services and Related Matters of 2012. CySEC permanently deleted the firm from the licensed persons’ register in line with section 16(2), and the authorisation identified as Number 3/196 lapsed from that date.
