The Reserve Bank of Malawi, acting as liquidator of Alliance Capital Limited (in liquidation), published an investor information update requesting all investors to provide documents and bank details in person so investor records can be updated and reconciled. Investors are asked to bring a copy of their National Identification for verification, proof of investment with Alliance Capital Limited (such as an asset portfolio statement, money market confirmation or relevant correspondence), and current bank account details. The Reserve Bank warned that failure to provide the information may significantly delay the processing of any future distributions, and set in-person submission windows at its offices in Blantyre on 20–21 November 2025 (09:00–16:00), Lilongwe on 24–25 November 2025 (09:00–16:00), and Mzuzu on 27 November 2025 (09:00–15:00).
