The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has been notified by Eleon Capital Management Ltd, the external manager of ONEWORLD RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, that a procedure has been initiated for the dissolution and liquidation of the Registered Alternative Investment Fund. ONEWORLD RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC is registered in the RAIFs Registry under registration number RAIF70. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the fund will remain registered and will continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once the dissolution and liquidation process is completed and the required documentation has been submitted to CySEC.

Eleon Capital Management Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of ONEWORLD RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, a Registered Alternative Investment Fund under CySEC. The fund will remain registered and listed on CySEC’s website as "under liquidation" until the process is finalized. CySEC will remove the fund from the RAIFs Register upon completion and submission of necessary documentation.
