The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has published updated disclosures for 2025 under Article 57 of the Investment Firms Directive, Directive (EU) 2019/2034. The update sets out information that the authority must publish annually on Sweden's implementation of the Investment Firms Directive and the Investment Firms Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2019/2033. The disclosures cover the texts of laws, other regulations and general guidance adopted in Sweden under the directive, as well as how national options and discretions available under the directive and the regulation have been used. They also include the general criteria and methods applied for the supervisory review and evaluation referred to in Article 36 of the directive, together with aggregated statistical data on key aspects of implementation in Sweden.
