Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs listed applicants to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee to complete securities practising certificate issuance

The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice on paying the fee for issuance of securities practising certificates, informing individuals named in an attached list to settle the required fee to complete the certification process under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the State Securities Commission Office’s designated accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank, or in person at the State Securities Commission. For bank transfers, the payment reference must include the recipient’s name, identity document number and the type of certificate to be issued. If a person does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the notice of fee payment, the State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the issued securities practising certificate.
