The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) approved a package of draft regulatory and government measures, amended its 2025 rule-making plan, and adopted several securities registration decisions affecting corporate investment funds. The draft measures included a proposed NSSMC regulation on the ownership structure of legal entities and the procedure and conditions for obtaining NSSMC approval of significant participation in professional participants in capital markets and organized commodity markets, and amendments to the requirements for synchronization of date and time fixation systems. The Commission also approved draft Cabinet of Ministers acts covering a draft government letter to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development requesting accession to the OECD Council Recommendation on Guidelines for the Investment Policy of Recipient Countries in the Context of National Security, amendments relating to critical infrastructure facilities, and changes to an interagency working group focused on legislative changes on the prevention and counteraction to the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the context of Ukraine’s accession to the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA). On registration matters, NSSMC registered the share issues and related prospectuses of JSC ZNVKIF "ASMERA" and JSC ZNVCIF "STORY BOX", and registered changes to issuance documentation and related records for JSC ZNVCIF "QUANTUM INVESTMENTS" and JSC ZNVCIF "CROXLEY".
