The Thailand Office of Insurance Commission hosted a study visit and knowledge-sharing session with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission and the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand focused on human resources management, organizational development and digital transformation. The exchange centered on how the insurance regulator is applying HR strategy, digital learning tools and service platforms to modernize internal management and improve access to insurance services. The visit included presentations on the Office of Insurance Commission’s HR strategy, including proactive recruitment, its internship program, performance assessment through an Intelligent HR System, compensation and welfare management, and the OIC Smart Health employee well-being program. Officials also outlined the use of an e-learning platform to support staff development, the OIC Connect insurance super app that consolidates key services on one platform, flexible benefits and personnel budget management, and the OIC Smart POD remote health check room for employees. The delegation also toured the Insurance Museum and the OIC Virtual Museum, which the regulator uses to broaden public access to insurance knowledge through digital technology.
