The Bank of the Lao held a commemoration event for the 22nd anniversary of International Anti-Corruption Day, bringing together more than 200 participants from its internal departments, commercial banks and students from the Banking Institute. The half-day programme was co-chaired by the head of the Bank of the Lao’s Inspection Department and the head of the Anti-Corruption and Investigation Department of the State Inspection Authority. It included presentations on anti-corruption work and relevant laws, as well as the international cooperation activities of the central anti-corruption body, followed by Q&A and discussion aimed at supporting practical implementation.
