The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has issued Open Joint Stock Company “Xalq” Bank with a licence authorising it to carry out investment services (operations). The perpetual licence (IXB-01) was granted under Article 74-3.4 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Securities Market and was issued on 7 May 2025.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has granted Open Joint Stock Company “Xalq” Bank a perpetual licence (IXB-01) to conduct investment services. This authorization was issued under Article 74-3.4 of the Law on the Securities Market on 7 May 2025.
