The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a tender notice for maintenance of its document management and administration program in 2026. The procurement covers ongoing technical support for the system used by the commission, including server checks and optimization, fault remediation, maintenance of functional modules, database maintenance, security protection and patching for the server operating system and database management system, and integration of business software with the document management platform. The contract term is 365 consecutive days from the effective date of the contract. The project is funded from the state budget and will be awarded through an open domestic online tender using a one-stage, one-envelope process. Tender documents are available on the National E-Procurement System from June 24 until 2 p.m. on July 9. Bid security is set at VND 5,000,000, and bids will close and be opened at 2 p.m. on July 9 through the same system.
