The Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has withdrawn the crowdfunding service provider licence granted to Crowdestate AS on 6 March 2023. The withdrawal was made on 13 April following an application from the company itself. Crowdestate AS can no longer provide crowdfunding services, while its licence as a payment institution remains valid. Following the withdrawal, the company must ensure that its existing contracts are performed correctly and that clients' interests are protected in accordance with legal requirements.
