The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published a draft rulebook proposing amendments to the conditions for issuing authorisations for brokers and investment advisers and opened it for public consultation. The draft, adopted at the authority’s 148th session under the Capital Market Law, would amend and supplement the existing rulebook on licensing conditions and is accompanied by an application form for obtaining authorisation as a broker or investment adviser. Interested parties can submit comments, proposals and suggestions electronically to the authority.
