The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of OMEGA INVEST, a privately placed closed special investment fund in securities promoted and managed by Prospectum Capital – Sociedade Corretora de Valores Mobiliários, S.A., with an investment policy covering a broad range of instruments including shares, bonds with share subscription rights, convertible bonds, warrants and other securities that grant share subscription rights, are convertible into shares or have remuneration linked to shares, while Banco Keve, S.A. will act as depositary.
