The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring 16 named individuals to pay the licensing fee for a securities practising certificate in order to complete the issuance process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC and can be paid by bank transfer or in person at the Commission. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs 16 applicants to pay the VND 1,000,000 fee to complete securities practising certificate issuance
