The Vietnam State Securities Commission has launched an invitation to bid for a procurement package covering renewal and updates of cybersecurity software licences, extended warranty and one year of technical support for selected information security solutions used in its IT systems. The package forms part of the Technology and Digital Transformation Department’s 2025 budgeted programme for procuring IT assets, goods and services and will be funded from the state budget. The tender will be run as an open, domestic, online process using a one-stage, one-envelope method, with a contract implementation period of 455 days from the contract’s effective date. Electronic bidding documents will be issued via Vietnam’s National e-Procurement System from 14 August 2025 to 16:00 on 25 August 2025, with free download. Bids are due by 16:00 on 25 August 2025, when bids will also be opened, and the required bid security is VND 125,000,000.
