The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) issued a public warning about alleged virtual asset-related activity conducted via the website superex.com, which it said is allegedly operated by SuperDAO INC. The FSA stated that SuperDAO INC does not and has not held authorisation to operate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024, and was only incorporated. The notice added that SuperDAO INC has been struck off and dissolved as of 7 May 2025 and is therefore no longer a legal entity registered or incorporated in Seychelles. The FSA reminded consumers to verify that any virtual asset service provider and related products are licensed or authorised in the jurisdiction from which they claim to operate, noting that the FSA publishes on its website lists of authorised non-bank financial services providers (including virtual asset services) as well as registrations of initial coin offerings and non-fungible tokens; it also encouraged the public to report suspected unauthorised or unlicensed virtual asset service provider activity via its website.
