The Central Bank of Samoa has issued a request for expressions of interest for an individual consultant to act as project manager for the implementation of a Supervisory Technology (SupTech) platform, intended to modernise supervisory processes. The platform is designed to support more efficient regulatory reporting and data management, alongside broader efforts to enhance Samoa’s financial supervisory and national payment systems. Interested consultants are asked to submit evidence of relevant qualifications and experience, including a curriculum vitae and experience in comparable assignments, with individuals assessed on their own credentials even where an employing firm submits the expression of interest. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing, either in person or via the Government e-Portal, by 11:00 Samoa time on 05 June 2025.
