Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market registered a package of securities market actions covering new share and corporate bond issues placed without a public offering, updates to bond prospectuses, and documentation changes for collective investment vehicles. It also cancelled the registration of certain investment certificate issues, approved two chief accountant appointments at asset management companies, and approved its 2024 activity report alongside an analytical report on capital markets and organised commodity markets for the first quarter of 2025. Registrations included a share issue by PJSC “Vinnytsia Regional Enterprise of Bus Stations 10599”, corporate bond issues (series G and H) by Nova Poshta LLC, and the results report for CREDITSERVICE LLC’s series G corporate bond issue. The Commission also registered changes to the prospectuses for NovaPay Credit LLC corporate bonds (series J, B, G and N), registered share issues and prospectuses for JSC “ZNVCIF” “FIJIO”, “HUGO INVESTMENTS” and “PRIMO” (for collective investment purposes), and registered changes affecting JSC “ZNVCIF” “WESTFERRY” including updates to the share issue prospectus and regulations and replacement of the issue registration certificate. Cancellations covered the registration of investment certificate issues and related registration certificates for PVNZIF “LIGHT INVEST” (managed by LLC AMC “ASTA-CAPITAL”) and for “BROK GLOBAL INVESTMENTS” (managed by LLC AMC APF “Class Asset Management”), while amendments to the charter of VNPF “EMERIT-UKRAINE” were agreed.
