The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and is charged under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector. Payment may be made by bank transfer or directly to the commission. If a person whose securities practice certificate has been granted does not complete the procedure to receive it within one year from the commission's fee payment notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate.
