They will also discuss a package on financial market infrastructure and capital markets supervision, exchange views on the economic and fiscal impact of Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and are expected to approve revised Recovery and Resilience Plans for Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Belgium and Poland, consider the European Semester Spring Package, activate Spain's national escape clause, end Malta's excessive deficit procedure, and attend the annual Board of Governors meetings of the European Stability Mechanism and the European Investment Bank.
