The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency released its monthly list of Community Reinvestment Act performance evaluations made public from Sept. 1 through Sept. 30, 2026. The evaluations cover national banks, federal savings associations and insured federal branches of foreign banks. The ratings assess how well each institution meets the credit needs of its entire community, including low and moderate income neighborhoods, consistent with safe and sound operations. Possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve and substantial noncompliance.
