The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that KENDRIS CAPITAL LIMITED, the external manager of SMART FUSION V.C.I.C LTD, has notified the regulator of the initiation of a dissolution and liquidation procedure for the fund, which is registered as a Registered Alternative Investment Fund. The notification was made under Article 138(7)(a) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the process is completed, the fund will remain in the Registered Alternative Investment Fund registry and on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission website with an "under liquidation" notice. The regulator will remove the fund from the register once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and all required documents have been submitted, in line with Article 138(9) of the law.
