The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) has issued Board Decision No. 126 of 2025 extending the submission deadlines for periodic financial statements for insurance companies and insurance pools, covering the 2025 periods ending 31 March, 30 June and 30 September. For the period ending 31 March 2025, the deadline is extended by one month to 30 July 2025 (from 30 June 2025). For the periods ending 30 June 2025 and 30 September 2025, the deadlines are each extended by 15 days to 15 September 2025 (from 30 August 2025) and 15 December 2025 (from 30 November 2025), respectively. The decision also permits consolidated financial statements for groups that include insurance subsidiaries to be submitted up to 15 days after these revised dates, taking into account requirements introduced for 2025 quarterly reporting under Egyptian Accounting Standard No. 50 (Insurance Contracts) and associated limited review by the company’s auditor.

The Egypt Financial Regulatory Authority has extended submission deadlines for periodic financial statements for insurance companies and pools for 2025. Deadlines for periods ending 31 March, 30 June, and 30 September are now 30 July, 15 September, and 15 December, respectively. Consolidated financial statements for groups with insurance subsidiaries may be submitted 15 days after these revised dates, aligning with Egyptian Accounting Standard No. 50 requirements.
