The bidding document (reference FSC/IFB/2025/1061) is available via the Government e-Procurement System, and proposals must be submitted online by 11:00 on 11 September 2025. Consultants that have submitted by the deadline must decrypt and re-encrypt their proposals between 11:31 and 15:00 on the same date, with online opening scheduled for 15:01 on 11 September 2025 in the presence of consultants’ representatives who choose to attend. The FSC reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to contract award.
