The Vietnam State Securities Commission has cancelled a tender for a consultancy package to supervise the implementation of its overall information technology system used for regulatory management and supervision. The cancellation was made because all submitted technical proposals failed to meet the technical requirements set out in the tender dossier. The package was budgeted at VND 1,555,200,000 and was being procured via a domestic open e-tender using a one-stage, two-envelope process, with a lump-sum contract and a 12-month performance period from the contract’s effective date. The notice cites Article 17(1) of Tendering Law No. 22/2023/QH15, and notes that the cancellation decision was published on Vietnam’s National Procurement Network System.
