The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Natasha Vij Greiner will leave the agency as Director of the Division of Investment Management effective July 4, 2025, ending more than 23 years at the SEC. She has led the division since March 2024. The Division of Investment Management administers the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and oversees investment companies and investment advisers. Greiner previously held senior roles across the SEC, including Deputy Director of the Division of Examinations and positions in the Division of Trading and Markets and the Division of Enforcement, and received multiple Chairman’s awards during her tenure.
