The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has, with immediate effect, removed Ci Fund Services AG as liquidator of the DAMC Fund and appointed Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte AG, represented by Philipp Kranz and Hansjörg Lingg, to carry out the full liquidation with all powers necessary to conduct and complete the process while safeguarding investors’ interests.

The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority has removed Ci Fund Services AG as liquidator of the DAMC Fund with immediate effect. It appointed Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwälte AG, represented by Philipp Kranz and Hansjörg Lingg, to complete the liquidation and protect investors’ interests.
