The Vietnam State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a notice instructing individuals named in the accompanying list to pay the prescribed fee to complete the procedure for re-issuance of securities practising certificates under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person. Payment can be made by bank transfer to SSC accounts held at VietinBank’s Ha Thanh Branch or Vietcombank’s Hoang Mai Branch, or paid directly at the SSC. The payment reference should include the certificate holder’s name and identification document number. If the certificate holder does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year of the SSC notice, the SSC will issue a decision cancelling the re-issued securities practising certificate.
