The Intergovernmental Action Group against Money Laundering in West Africa has opened an expression of interest process to select radio and television stations for its GIABA Media Hour regional public awareness campaign on anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism. The notice is aimed at duly constituted and approved broadcasters in Benin, Cape Verde, Côte d'Ivoire, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone and Togo. Applicants must be eligible under the ECOWAS Procurement Code and may submit only one expression of interest, either individually or as part of a consortium. GIABA will assess whether candidates have been operating for at least two years, have the relevant qualifications and skills, and have completed at least two similar assignments in the past five years, with West Africa experience treated as an asset. Applications must include evidence of recent comparable work and satisfactory performance, while subcontractor references will not be taken into account in the evaluation. GIABA will draw up shortlists by service category and invite selected candidates to submit detailed offers for service contracts. Expressions of interest are due by 03 March 2026 at 17:00 GMT.
