The Angola Capital Markets Commission has approved the registration of the KEVE Fund, a special open securities investment fund for public subscription promoted by Prospectum Capital - Securities Brokerage Firm, S.A. The fund’s investment policy is to deploy capital in opportunities identified in Angola’s money and capital markets. The portfolio may include treasury bonds and corporate debt securities admitted to trading on a regulated market, common and preferred shares and instruments that give rights to receive or acquire shares, recently issued securities of those types, and money market instruments including Treasury bills, central bank securities, repurchase operations, and bank deposits. Prospectum Capital - SCVM, S.A. will act as the management company and Banco Keve, S.A. as the depositary.
