The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has completed Bank BTB OJSC’s reorganization into a non-bank credit institution, revoking its banking license at the firm’s request and licensing its legal successor, T-Kredit Non-Bank Credit Organization LLC. Bank BTB’s assets and liabilities were transferred to the International Bank of Azerbaijan OJSC under an asset and liability transfer agreement. Customers’ term and demand deposits were transferred without changes to their terms or interruption of access, while the loan portfolio and related claims moved on existing contractual terms to maintain continuity of loan servicing.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revoked Bank BTB’s banking license and licensed its successor, T-Kredit, as a non-bank credit institution. Bank BTB’s assets, liabilities, deposits and loan portfolio were transferred to the International Bank of Azerbaijan without changing customer contract terms.
