The Seychelles Financial Services Authority published a public notice that AC GLOBAL LTD’s Securities Dealer Licence (SD098) and Mr. Du Jintao’s Securities Dealer Representative Licence (SDR253) have been surrendered under section 30(1) of the Financial Services Authority Act, 2013, with effect from 14 November 2025, pursuant to the Authority’s notice power under section 4(1)(m) of the Act.
