The Hong Kong Insurance Authority has launched a public consultation on draft rules to implement Pillar 3 public disclosure requirements under the Risk-based Capital regime. The draft rules set out what information insurers would need to disclose to the public, as well as how and when those disclosures should be made. Feedback is open until 25 April 2025, after which the Insurance Authority will consider responses and publish a consultation conclusion in due course.
