The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority published an inspection report on EnvisionTech AS as part of a thematic review of eight fund managers’ compliance with sustainability-related disclosure requirements. The review found that the firm had produced and submitted the legally required documentation, and the authority closed the inspection without further comments. As an alternative investment fund manager, EnvisionTech is treated as a financial market participant subject to sustainability-related disclosure obligations, and the review assessed the firm’s implementation as at 30 June 2024. The authority examined disclosures for the NRP Green Transition I fund, covering the firm’s responses to a supervisory questionnaire, policies on integrating sustainability risks and principal adverse impacts, pre-contractual disclosures, periodic reporting and website marketing; it raised no issues with the content of the submitted documents but expected mandatory materials published online, including the entity-level principal adverse impacts statement and completed periodic reporting templates, to be accessible on webpages that do not require login. Finanstilsynet asked EnvisionTech to send a copy of the report to its auditor and depositary.
