The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has released results from the 28th Financial Advisers Exam cycle, held in March 2025, reporting 241 candidates sat the exam and 177 (73.4%) passed. The exam was conducted by the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) under a process intended to ensure consistent testing standards across cycles. Of March’s candidates, 175 (72.6%) were first-time sitters, and unsuccessful candidates will receive general feedback from ACER on areas of underperformance. The next Financial Advisers Exam is scheduled for 5 June 2025.
