The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, set under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC on fees and charges in the securities sector applied at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts or paid in person at the Commission, with transfer details required to identify the recipient and the type of certificate. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
