The Czech National Bank has published a list of pension funds in the Czech Republic for monetary and financial statistics. For these purposes, pension funds are participation funds or transformed funds that operate under the Act on Supplementary Pension Savings or the Act on Private Pension Insurance and are residents of the Czech Republic. Funds on the list, or the pension management companies managing their assets, are required to submit information and documents to the Czech National Bank under Decree No. 314/2013 Coll. and Decree No. 425/2012 Coll. The bank also notes that the European System of Central Banks continuously monitors, checks and updates institutional lists used for statistics to keep them current, accurate, homogeneous and stable for analytical work, financial stability monitoring, and the European Central Bank’s monetary and financial policy needs.

The Czech National Bank has published a list of Czech pension funds for monetary and financial statistics. Listed funds, or their pension management companies, are subject to reporting obligations under Decree No. 314/2013 Coll. and Decree No. 425/2012 Coll. The list forms part of European System of Central Banks procedures for maintaining statistical coverage of financial institutions.
