The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission adopted a set of authorization and registry decisions affecting an insurer, an insurance broker, a prospective crypto-asset service provider and a management company seeking to launch a mutual fund. The FSC approved Nedyalko Chandarov as a member of the Supervisory Board of ZEAD BULSTRAD LIFE VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP EAD and removed BROCOM-2000 Ltd. from the register of insurance brokers. It also refused to consider the merits of Iterium Ltd.’s application for a licence to operate as a provider of crypto-asset services, citing incomplete documents and information, and requested additional information and documents from EF Asset Management AD in connection with a permit to organise and manage a mutual fund.
