The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that GMM GLOBAL MONEY MANAGERS AIFM LTD, the external manager of SCITUS GLOBAL CAPITAL HOLDINGS RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (RAIF125), has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure to dissolve and liquidate the investment compartment SCITUS GLOBAL REAL ESTATE (LEI 213800CYDNGR4CC3NM29). Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the compartment will remain recorded in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds registry and will appear on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. CySEC will delete the compartment from the register once the process is completed and all required documents are submitted.

GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd has notified the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) of the dissolution and liquidation of the investment compartment SCITUS Global Real Estate. The compartment will remain in the Registered Alternative Investment Funds registry with an "under liquidation" notice until the process is finalized and all documents are submitted. CySEC will remove the compartment from the register upon completion.
