The Financial Superintendence of Colombia published an update on five strategic projects intended to transform the country’s financial system, including the presentation of a new Circular Básica Jurídica as part of its regulatory optimisation work. The progress review was delivered at an event hosted at the supervisor’s headquarters with participation from supervised financial institutions, industry associations and academia. Alongside the new Circular Básica Jurídica, the update covered four other strategic projects focused on open finance, digital supervision, optimal risk management and institutional modernisation, supported by published presentation materials.
