The Jersey Financial Services Commission issued a fraud warning about an online scam impersonating Titan Wealth Holdings Limited, a Jersey-based firm in the Titan Wealth Group, using the websites titanwealthlimited.world and titanwealthlimited.com and advertising a trading platform covering forex, commodities, stocks and indices. The Commission confirmed the impersonating entity and websites have no connection to the genuine Jersey-registered Titan Wealth Holdings Limited or to the JFSC-regulated Titan Wealth (CI) Limited. It asked anyone who has dealt with the impersonators to contact its Enforcement team, and urged caution around unsolicited investment approaches via online adverts or social media. The JFSC also flagged an increase in impersonation scams, including the use of cloned websites, copied branding and AI-generated images or voices, and set out practical indicators of scams and steps to protect against them, including verifying firms’ regulated status and registration details via the JFSC’s public registers and reporting suspected fraud to the police and, where payments have been made, to the relevant bank.
