The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan granted regulatory consent for the appointment of three senior managers at second-tier banks, covering two deputy chair and board member roles and one chief accountant role. Consent was given for Dinara Satybaldievna Asembaeva to serve as Deputy Chair of the Management Board and a Management Board member at a second-tier bank (protocol No. 35/БВУ/Т dated 22 May 2025); for Dinara Arslan to serve as Deputy Chair of the Management Board and a Management Board member at Altyn Bank JSC (Subsidiary Bank of China Citic Bank Corporation Limited) (protocol No. 33/БВУ/Т dated 15 May 2025); and for Aliya Erzhanovna Sauytbekova to serve as Chief Accountant at ForteBank JSC (protocol No. 32/БВУ/Т dated 15 May 2025).

Dinara Satybaldievna Asembaeva and Dinara Arslan were appointed as Deputy Chairs and Management Board members, while Aliya Erzhanovna Sauytbekova was appointed as Chief Accountant at ForteBank JSC.
