The Thailand Securities and Exchange Commission Board has approved senior management appointments and a restructuring of the organisation, both effective from 1 January 2026. Ms. Sucha Boonyanate will be appointed Deputy Secretary-General, and Mr. Siwakorn Karnasuta will be appointed Assistant Secretary-General for the Legal Division. Under the new appointments, Ms. Sucha will oversee the Fundraising Division and the Accounting Supervision and Sustainable Development Division, while Mr. Siwakorn will lead the Legal Division as Assistant Secretary-General. The restructuring also reallocates divisions under Deputy Secretaries-General: Mr. Thawatchai Pittayasophon will oversee the Legal Division and the Enforcement Division; Ms. Jomkwan Kongsakul will oversee the Intermediaries Supervision and Market Division, the Investment Management Division, and the Financial Innovation and Digital Technology Division; Mr. Anek Yooyuen will oversee the Strategy and Planning Division, the Stakeholders Relations Division, the Organizational Management Division, and the Digital Technology Division; and Ms. Sucha will oversee the Fundraising Division and the Accounting Supervision and Sustainable Development Division.
